It may be November, but Nicole Richie isn't ready to pack up her short shorts just yet.
The 32-year-old stepped out in cut-off black shorts yesterday (Nov. 5) as she visited a friend before running errands. According to weather reports, Los Angeles enjoyed temperatures in the mid 70s, so Richie's wardrobe wasn't totally uncalled for.
She paired her look with a mustard color sweater, a black scarf and fringed ankle boots.
