Michelle Williams might be one of Hollywood's most-talented actresses, but her daughter, Matilda Ledger, has yet to realize why her mommy is constantly being followed by photographers.

But it seems that's all changing, considering Williams introduced her little girl to something that helped shape her Oscar-worthy career -- that's right ya'll, Matilda is now familiar with "Dawson's Creek."

Williams revealed that she took the soon-to-be 8-year-old to the Wilmington, N.C., set of the beloved series, which ended in 2003 after six seasons.

"I actually hadn't been back since the show ended, but I went back and took my daughter on vacation and saw people I hadn't seen in 10 years and went all the places that we used to go," Williams revealed in an interview with The New Yorker's David Denby during the New Yorker Festival on Oct. 5.

"And it was great," she added. "It was actually a real stroke of luck to be transported there."

Matilda, most likely, doesn't understand her mom's decision to be on "Team Joey-Pacey" -- yes, Williams admitted she was all for Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson's on-screen romance -- but she's learning. The 33-year-old "Oz the Great and Powerful" star admits that her daughter is still coming to terms with the fact that her mom is famous.

"She is starting to understand that more and more," Williams explained of Matilda. "I mean she knows a lot about Glinda the Good Witch. She knows a lot about who that is and what that was and she was so excited to be that for Halloween. She would go up to people in the park and be like, 'My mommy is Glinda the Good Witch in the Oz movie. There are two bad ones and only one good one and that's my mommy.'"

Don't forget that Jen Lindley is your mom too, Matilda.
