For the record, Paula Patton was NOT angry with Miley Cyrus for twerking on her husband Robin Thicke at the VMAs. Actually, she loved it.


The "Baggage Claim" star appeared on the "Today" show this morning (Sept. 18) and said that Cyrus' performance was "dope." When asked how she felt about the 20-year-old's sexy VMA moves, Patton said:


"I'm not that uptight. I'm not a traditionalist ... Twerking can help the love."


And although she admits the "We Can't Stop" singer twerks "way better than I do," we'd have to disagree. Patton can move! Thicke's wife even displayed her dance skills as she twerked with Al Roker.



"Your wife's not going to get mad at me, is she?" Patton chuckled after doing a little grind on Mr. Roker. "I backed it up on Al!"
