Miley Cyrus celebrated the release of her fourth studio album, "Bangerz," on Tuesday night at Planet Hollywood in New York, and it seems like she decided to simply forgo an outfit for the evening.


Earlier that night, the 20-year-old was decked out in shredded white jeans and a long-sleeved white crop top that was sheer enough to see the black star pasties covering her nipples, which she wore during the record signing portion of the release party. Cyrus later changed into what looked more like lingerie or underwear, a pink satin bra and matching pink satin mini skirt that looked like a slip.


At this point, we wouldn't expect anything less -- unless she was posing for Terry Richardson again.

Cyrus is still underage, although she does turn 21 on Nov. 23, and we learned she's a fan of Malibu in her Rolling Stone profile.
