Renee Zellweger is sick and tired of hearing about her so-called eating disorder, slamming false rumors in a new interview.

The 44-year-old actress credits her gym routine for her fit physique, telling reporters (via Express), "When you read reports that you are starving yourself or that you are anorexic it’s very unfair and disappointing."

"It’s not very pleasant to read reports which say you’ve gone too far or this or that," she adds. “I have a lifestyle that involves keeping my sanity by going to the gym.”

Zellweger's weight has been a topic of discussion in the media since she gained 30 pounds for her role in 2001's "Bridget Jones's Diary," which follows a slightly overweight, single British woman in her exploits to lose weight and find love.

Once Zellweger dropped the weight following the film, rumors, of course, followed.
