Leave it to Lady Gaga to give us nightmares even after Halloween.


The 27-year-old singer showed up to the YouTube Awards on Sunday (Nov. 3) looking particularly ghoulish by bringing the cover art from her new single, "Dope" -- rotten teeth and all -- to life.


Gaga posed for photos on the red carpet wearing a wide-brim black hat, leather button-up shirt, no pants, sky-high platforms and round sunglasses. But all anyone could really look at was the terrifying grill in her mouth.


Of course, when the time came to actually perform her new song at the awards show, the singer thankfully had to ditch her new ghastly accessory.
