Miley Cyrus has kept us talking for weeks with blockbuster songs and various states of undress, but so far she's kept quiet on her split from former fiance Liam Hemsworth.
But the "Wrecking Ball" songstress finally broke her silence today when she appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." DeGeneres asked if Cyrus felt awkward about the break-up because of how much press it has generated, but Cyrus said she's been nonchalant about the whole thing.
"It's not really as awkward because I'm living it, so I think people spend more time actually thinking about it than I really do," she said.
Instead of thinking about the man she formerly agreed to marry, Cyrus has been busy celebrating the release of her album "Bangerz," which is expected to climb to the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
"I just believe when a chapter is done, you have to close it and start that new one, and that's kind of where I am right now," Cyrus said. "I have so much to be thankful for at this time that my energy hasn't really been focused on that."
